Shipping cost are calculated at checkout. SORRY, we only ship within the U.S.A.. All of our orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified and will include Delivery Confirmation. Our system will send you a confirmation e-mail, verifying your order and the shipping address. Within 12 hours of shipping, you will also receive your tracking number e-mailed to you.

We only ship plants on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesday's so you can have your plant before the next weekend. We never want your order to spend the weekend in the back of a Mail Truck.
CUT OFF TIME FOR SHIPPING IS SUNDAY, 12 pm CENTRAL TIME. If your order arrives after the cut off time, it will most likely ship the following week. We ship non-plant orders and supplies daily. If you order non-plant items and pay before 1 pm Central Time, your order will ship that day. Average delivery time: Usually 2-3 days from the shipping date.

Shipping of plants in the Winter:

We are located in Minnesota: Heat packs are available for an additional $6.00 in cold weather. If OUR  weather is below 30 degrees, and you do not add a heat pack, we will not honor the live arrival guarantee. Sometimes when the weather is extremely cold we will not ship that week, as the heat packs can only do so much for protection of the plants. You will receive an e-mail telling you of a delay and the setting of a new shipping date. If you want your order shipped to an alternate address, that’s not a problem! Simply list it as the "Ship to" address when you check out.

Shipping of plants in the Summer:

If you are having extreme weather in your area of the country (extreme heat, storms, etc.), and want your order held, please do not wait until Sunday or Monday to e-mail us to hold your order. Our shipping department cannot manually go through the boxes to find your order among the other orders that are waiting to be picked up by the Post Master. We advise telling or leaving a note for your Mail Carrier, asking them to leave your box in a shaded area if you will not be home to receive it. Another option is have it shipped to your work or a friend who is home to receive it.


How do I return an item?

We offer a 30 day refund/replace policy on orchids. If a orchid dies or is damaged in transport, DO NOT throw it away. In most cases it will have to be returned for proper credit or replacement. The decision to refund or replace will depend on the availability of a replacement, and whether or not the original orchid shipped to you was returned. There is no warranty implied or otherwise beyond 14 days of receipt of your order for orchids. Should you need to return your order, please contact our Customer Service Department for more information.  We ship healthy plants, but sometimes when they arrive they may not look their best.  In most cases a good drink of water and a couples days out of the box is all they need to revive themselves.
